Spring Program Registration

The 2026 Vikings / First Shift Spring Program offers players a great balance of conceptual skill development along with a fun and competitive 3 on 3 league running from March 25th until June 23rd. First Shift Hockey will provide all instruction for the program with support from Vikings Hockey Director NIck Pollos and various guest instructors.

June 1-23 Vikings / First Shift 3 on 3 League

All VIkings / First Shift Spring registered players will be drafted onto one of four teams to compete in the First Shift 3 on 3 league in the month of June. All games will take place on the same days as the skills sessions from April and May and be very similar times. Each team will play two, 30 minute games twice a week totalling 12 games. At the end of the 12 game schedule, the top two teams will face off in the Vikings / First Shift 3 on 3 Championship Game either June 22nd or 23rd at Arctic Ice Arena. First Shift Hockey will supply the awards for the winning teams at each age level. Full game schedule will be available following the start of the spring program. 

All players will be issued reversible Spring Jerseys to be worn during all skills and 3 on 3 sessions. These are yours to keep. Tournament teams may be formed out of our spring program as well to compete in various events. If your player is chosen for a tournament team, there will be an added cost to participate. There will be a combined maximum number of skaters in each age group of 36 skaters. We will not open more spots than 36 skaters. This is a combined number between Full Program and Flex 12 options. Goalies will be limited to eight per level.
